About the Company

The Firm Soyebo & Co is a registered firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers granted license to practice by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) in 1999, a registered member of Royal institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and also registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as a practitioner in the real estate sector to offer a full range of services. Its property branch is run by an expert team of individuals that offer professional services related to Land property, and Estate Management. We have a prominent role with industries, government bodies, parastatals, and individuals at home and overseas.

We provide qualitative services backed up by experience aided with information and technology in real estate industry. We are guided by honesty and adherence to standards and ethics in our service delivery.

We have affiliated partners all over Nigeria, USA and England. These are qualified registered Estate firms, who we work together with very closely.
